There’s a reason why more than 3,000 residents call the Sheppard Centre Apartments home: because it’s run by qualified, friendly, and caring people who believe that renting shouldn’t be a hassle; it should be a breeze.

The following members of the management team take on the day-to-day responsibility of making life at the Sheppard Centre Apartments enjoyable for all of our residents.

Evelyn is a 35-year veteran of the property management business. She knows the ins, outs, and in-betweens of rental property living. As a result, she truly cares about her residents. Although she oversees a number of Tandem’s residential buildings, she has a special interest in the Sheppard Centre Apartments and makes a point to be visible and accessible to its residents as often as possible.

Leonard is a hands-on management team member who is responsible for making sure that regular maintenance takes place with as little disturbance to the residents as possible. It’s an ongoing challenge that Leonard is totally committed to undertaking each day. He hires contractors, manages relationships, oversees complex upgrades, and is a constant source of ideas for improving suites and common areas.

As Tandem’s Maintenance Manager, James oversees preventive maintenance programs, capital project management, adherence to technical and safety standards, overall general building and tenant maintenance issues. He manages resources, contracts, tools and supplies in ensuring that Tandem's property assets are maintained effectively and efficiently.

James came to Tandem from the building construction management field and has been involved in the construction of condo buildings, residential housing and heritage building conversions. With focus and a desire for delivering a quality product James is a great addition to the Tandem management team.

Our welcoming and friendly rental agents work on-site at the Sheppard Centre Apartments and are available seven days a week to assist prospective residents. Our rental agents are always happy to discuss suite availability, provide tours, and answer any questions that you may have.
